5. Inject lubricant into all oil cups and lubrication channels to lubricate them.

6. Check whether the fuel tank of the blow molding equipment is filled with hydraulic oil. If the oil is not filled, the fuel tank should be cleaned and cleaned first, then the specified type of hydraulic oil is injected into the tank from the oil filter, and the oil level reaches the upper and lower limit line of the table. intermediate.

7. Check the hopper of the blow molding equipment for foreign matter and fill the hopper with materials.

8. Check if the power supply voltage matches the rated voltage of the electrical equipment. If it is not adjusted accordingly, make the two the same.

9. Check the cleaning condition of the second working surface of the machine, and remove all kinds of tools and debris used in equipment debugging, especially the transmission part and the sliding part must be clean.
