1, the bottle mouth flash

2, poor mold clamping
Poor clamping results in poor mold clamping and poor blow molding. The reason for its composition is similar to that of the bottle burrs due to the wear of the mold.

3, the dark ring
There is surplus information on the shoulder of the bottle, and I want a ring to be embedded there. The reason for its formation is usually due to uneven heating and rotation, and uneven stretching data during blow molding.

4, there are impurities
There are impurities, black spots, foreign matter, unablated particle particles, etc. in the bottle of the blow molding machine. The reason for the composition is usually that there is doubt about the disposal of the data before the injection molding machine. For example, if the mold part is clean, there will be black spots on the bottle. If the data particles are not pure, the foreign matter will be present, and the ablation will be incomplete. The filter of the mouth of the middle distributor will not form the particles which are not completely plasticized into the cavity, and then the inside of the bottle will be made. There are unablated particles.

5, color
Color questioning is said for colored bottles, such as green tea bottles are light green. At this time, you need to pay attention to whether the color is normal. The depth of the color has a certain scale, and it depends on the distinction between the two eyes. Colors above or below the color scale are abnormal colors. Anomalous color is usually an abnormal operation of the masterbatch, perhaps an abnormality when the screw is rotated and mixed.

6, the bottom bias
Bottom deviation means that the injection molding point does not coincide with the middle of the blow molding, so that the thickness near the bottle is not uniform. There are many reasons for this. The common reasons are as follows: The first thing may be that the injection mold itself is not good enough, so that the thickness of the preform is not uniform. The second possibility is that during the heating process, the preform is not uniformly heated, and the stretching time is not uniform. The third is the blow molding process stretching rod to reduce the skew.

7, fluorescent
Fluorescence is usually presented along with the bottom bias, which means that the screen is too thin to be investigated under the light, and some areas are white and shiny. Such an appearance becomes fluorescent. The reason for the fluorescence composition is similar to the bottom bias. It is often present at the bottom and shoulders of the bottle, and sometimes the excessive pressure of the blown air will also constitute fluorescence.

8, bubbles
There are air bubbles inside the automatic blow molding machine. The reason for the composition is that the boring time is boring and insufficient, so that the plasticized material contains gas.

9, other
The bottle is sometimes white, opaque, and the appearance of the ring is raised. Usually the composition of these shortcomings is comparatively summarized and is not commonly described.
